This trip will be a an opportunity to develop relationships of encouragement, support, curiosity, and fun with national believers with AIM’s staff. The team will be in charge of creating games and activities for the AIM staff to participate that will enhance their relationships with each other, as well as with the visiting team. The purpose is to encourage the AIM staff through a time of rest and fun, while also being poured into in a spiritual capacity as they build stronger relationships within the staff, as well as with the visiting team.
