By applying for this trip, you acknowledge that, should you be selected for the team, you commit to the pre- and post-trip preparation and debrief process (dates provided at flatironschurch.com/outreach), in addition to travel dates, and to fully covering the cost of the trip (whether through personal funds or fundraising). Missing any of the meeting dates will result in forfeiture of your place on the team. The dates are listed below.

**One of Flatirons core values is Biblical authority. With this in mind, there is an expectation that all participants on a short-term trip are aligning their lives with God’s Word. If selected for a team, participants will be asked to sign to a covenant that includes a commitment to not living with someone of the opposite gender outside of marriage, expressing one’s sexuality in a way that aligns with Biblical truth, avoiding the use of recreational drugs or unhealthy relationships with alcohol. By proceeding in the application process, you acknowledge this understanding.**
