ReEngage Leader Interest
Re|engage leaders play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing space where people can be truly seen and cared for as they journey with Jesus. As you and your spouse prayerfully consider being Re|engage leaders, keep in mind that you are not providing marital therapy nor are you running a support group. While Re|engage is a marriage ministry, it is really a discipleship ministry. It is not fundamentally about couples having a better marriage. But rather, it is about couples following Christ and, as a result, their marriage will improve. We need awesome couples just like you to step up and open your hearts and lives to others. As Re|engage leaders, you'll have the opportunity to live out the teachings of Jesus and guide a group of other couples through a semester of growth, fellowship, and meaningful connection. At Flatirons, group leaders are held in high esteem, and assuming a leadership role necessitates our commitment to ensuring that they align with and embody Flatirons values in their daily lives.
